checkin' in

It's a fantastic (same derivation as fantasy) theory that teachers have three months off.

We got out of school on Friday and I finished "packin' up" my room on Monday (it usually takes a week). Thank heaven for alumni who want to help (recent grads who have nothing better to do) and showed up to help organize.

I had a three day leadership seminar Tuesday-Thursday.

On Friday there was about a week of vacation. see photo (it's from inside the dam!!). We returned this past Thursday. (A drop of about 30 degrees in temperature!)

Yesterday, I started a week-long continuing education course 9-5 each day.

Next week I leave on a 7-day mission trip.

July 21-25 I believe I will be sort of catatonic :P

All that being said, I'm not complaining (really!); I'm just explaining why entries will be touch-and-go for the next coupla weeks. If you check in....keep checkin' in...I'll get back to normal soon.
